Our Tie the Knot package is perfect for those that are looking to have a ceremony with up to 50 of their closest family and friends.  One of our experienced, friendly officiants will lead the ceremony and marry you.  You can make it as informal or formal as you’d like!

What’s included?

  • Up to an hour of venue usage  Most ceremonies take about 15-20 minutes, and generally we suggest inviting guests 20 minutes before the actual ceremony.  For example, if you plan on getting married at 5:30, we recommend telling guests to arrive around 5:10.  Your ‘rental time’ would be from 5-6 in this scenario.
  • An officiant Our professional officiant will lead your ceremony and do what you came there to do–marry you! Our ceremony is non-religious and it’s also the perfect length–not too long, not too short. And it covers all the legal bases to make sure that you leave Zinnia legally married!
  • Music You can leave the music choice up to us (we’ve done thousands of weddings and we’ve got our favorites!) or you can pick your own. If you’d like to pick your own, you’ll have access to our online planner so you can pick the music in advance (in most cases). You’ll need to pick two songs, the processional (the song the bride walks down the aisle to) and the recessional, which is the song that is played at the end after you kiss! And, we’ll also play background music to set the mood as guests arrive.
  • Use of our beautiful silver Chiavari chairs.  Our venue can accommodate up to 50 guests, and is handicap friendly. We don’t charge per guest like many of our competitors, though we do ask due to size constraints that you limit your guest count to 50.
  • Our bridal prep area. We have a room with its own separate entrance where a bride (or groom!) can get changed, apply makeup, hide before the ceremony if they’d like to not been seen, etc.
  • Our 4000 twinkling LED backdrop. Some people love it, others would rather not use it.  It is easily turned on or off via remote control.

What else can we add on?

  • Your custom ceremony.  While we think our ceremony is pretty awesome, you can provide your own custom ceremony for us for no additional charge.
  • Extend your rental time.  Some people like to celebrate a bit longer with friends and family, so you can add on additional hours for $75 an hour.  Please note that extra time must be added in advance.
  • Live streaming of your ceremony! We can provide a website link that streams your ceremony in real time for family and friends who couldn’t be there in person. $100
  • Photography.  Save on our photography package when you book our ‘Tie the Knot’!  Add our professional photographer for only $200.  See our photography page for more!  Additional photography hours are $150/hour.

This sounds amazing! What’s the fine print and how do I book?

In many cases, we can perform a Tie the Knot ceremony in as little as an hour’s notice (depending on our availability, of course).
If you’d like to book us, here’s what you need to know. First, there’s a contract and deposit.  The easiest way for us to send everything to you is via email.  Use the Request For Information form to check availability and assuming we’re available for your selected date and time we’ll send you an electronic contract.  Once you digitally sign that we’ll then send you a link to our online planner where you can pay the non-refundable deposit with a credit or debit card.  And then you’re booked! 
As for fine print there are a couple of things we’re pretty strict about.  The first is your rental time.  Oftentimes we’ll have two or three events a day, especially on Saturdays, which means we cannot allow you into Zinnia before your rental time begins.   
The second thing we’re strict about is outside photography. We keep our professional photography prices so low by keeping our photographers busy.  If you’d like to bring your own photographer, please note there is a $65 fee.  We define a professional photographer by anyone with a DSLR camera. 
And finally, the third thing we’re strict about is our 50 person MAX guest count.  Because our space is so intimate, we are limited in the amount of people that we can fit in our space.  And that’s 50 people.  Not 51, but 50. The Fire Marshall is also pretty strict about that as well.  And we’d like to stay on his good side, please.
