Small Events at Zinnia

Baby showers, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, you name it and we can host it here at ZInnia!  We know that sometimes all you need is the right place to hold your special event.  You have done your planning, but don’t have somewhere to sit up to 40 people.  We have you covered.
We provide the atmosphere for the perfect event.  We can even help you decorate the tables and play the music you wish to hear.  You provide the food, good people, and finishing touches.

Room Rental with tables

 Our rental rates are $150 for the first hour and $55/hour any additional hours.

What’s Included?

  • Up to 40 guests, because of our size we cannot accommodate more than 40 people with tables.
  • Tables for guests, 4- 8 foot rectangular guest tables with white linens
  • Tables for food or gifts, 2-6 foot rectangular tables with white linens
  • Chivari chairs for you and your guests
  • Uplights, four uplights coloring the space
  • Music: Our pedigree and parent company are DJs, so this is something we’ve got covered!  We’ll have music playing during your whole event.  We can offer different genres of music to be played during your event.
  • Coordinator: We’ll have our in hour coordinator to assist you throughout your time at Zinnia. 

What’s Not Included

  • Food: We’ll have tables for you to display the food and drinks you bring.  
  • Decorations

What else can we add on?

  • Extra hours: $55 per hour
  • Custom Music Playlist: While music is included, you may want to chose the exact songs to be played during your event.  We can put together a custom playlist to be played during your event for an additional charge of $100.  Alternatively, you can provide your own means of music (laptop, phone, mp3 player, etc) and use our house system free of charge
  • Food
  • Linen Napkins, if you want to have a pop of color on your tables we have a variety of colored napkins you can choose from for only $1 per napkin.
  • Centerpieces, if you don’t want or don’t have time to make your own centerpieces for your event we can help!  We have centerpieces you can chose from and we can help make them special for your event.

This sounds just what you needed… How do I book?

If you’d like to book us, here’s what you need to know.  First there’s a contract and deposit.  The easiest way for us to send everything to you is via email.  Use the Request for Information form to check availability and assuming we’re available to your selected date and time we’ll send you an electronic contract.  Once you digitally sign the contract we’ll then send you a link to our online planner where you can pay the deposit of $100 with a credit or debit card.  And then your’re booked!
