Rent our beautiful venue!

Have your own officiant? For only $145 you can rent our brand-new ceremony venue for up to an hour.  Bring up to 50 of your closest family and friends to celebrate your wedding with you!

What’s included?

 

  • An hour of rental. Each additional hour is $75
  • 50 gorgeous silver Chiavari chairs
  • Access to our sound system. You can play whatever music you’d like for a processional and recessional, so long as we have it in our music collection of 315,000 songs! You also can play your own music–we can hook up a phone, iPod, laptop, basically anything with a headphone jack.
  • Our bridal prep area. We have a room with its own separate entrance where a bride (or groom!) can get changed, apply makeup, hide before the ceremony if they’d like to not been seen, etc.
  • Use of our 4000 twinkling LED ceremony backdrop. You can turn it on or off via remote control.
  • An on-site attendant to answer any questions you may have and play music for your processional and recessional, should you wish.

Available Add-Ons

  • Photography. Our full-time, professional photographer will take amazing pictures of your ceremony and posed formals after the ceremony (i.e. pictures of the bride and groom with parents, grandparents, friends, etc).  Digital images will be provided to you edited and color-corrected within 90 days. $350 
  • Live streaming of your ceremony! We can provide a website link for family and friends who couldn’t be there to watch the ceremony in real time. $100
  • We’ll sign your marriage license Is your officiant not licensed in the State of Ohio?  We can sign the legal paperwork for you! $30
  • Additional hours are $75.  In most cases, additional hours would need to be reserved in advance.  Additional photography hours are $150/hour.

This sounds amazing! What’s the fine print and how do I book?

In many cases, we can rent Zinnia to you in as little as an hour’s notice (depending on our availability, of course).
If you’d like to book us, here’s what you need to know. First, there’s a contract and deposit.  The easiest way for us to send everything to you is via email.  Use the Request For Information form to check availability and assuming we’re available for your selected date and time we’ll send you an electronic contract.  Once you digitally sign that we’ll then send you a link to our online planner where you can pay the non-refundable $50 deposit with a credit or debit card which is applied to your grand total.  And then you’re booked! 
As for fine print there are a couple of things we’re pretty strict about.  The first is your rental time.  Oftentimes we’ll have two or three events a day, especially on Saturdays, which means we cannot allow you into Zinnia before your rental time begins.   
The second thing we’re strict about is outside photography. We keep our professional photography prices so low by keeping our photographers busy.  If you’d like to bring your own photographer, please note there is a $65 fee.  We define a professional photographer by anyone with a DSLR camera. 
And finally, the third thing we’re strict about is our 50 person MAX guest count.  Because our space is so intimate, we are limited in the amount of people that we can fit in our space.  And that’s 50 people.  Not 51, but 50. The Fire Marshall is also pretty strict about that as well.  And we’d like to stay on his good side, please.
